Soo and Carrots offer both a range of own brand items, such as the Korean for All textbook Series, flashcards, notebook, toy, as well as a selection of beauty products, snacks, books and stationery items from Korea.
When will the sold out products be back in stock?
To find out when certain products will be back in stock, please check the schedule in the product description.
How can I use the coupon code?
After adding products to your cart and proceeding to check out, you will see the coupon code box. Enter the code and click “apply” and you will be able to see the discounted sum.

We ship internationally to all countries.
How much does shipping cost?
You can add products to your cart, proceed to check out (before you place your order) in order to see the exact shipping amount.
When are the products shipped?
After you have placed an order, we ship within 1 business day.
Is the shipping tracked?
Yes. After you place an order, you will get an email confirmation with the tracking number. Please input the tracking number into the DHL official website in order to check the progress of the delivery.
Will I have to pay customs charges?
That depends on each country. Please check with your local customs service regulations.

How do I get/download the Ebook?
After you have completed your purchase, it should automatically start downloading. Please check your downloads folder.
Why can’t I find my downloaded Ebook?
Please check your downloads folder. If you cannot find the Ebook file in the downloads folder, there might be a browser issue. You can also contact us at help@sooandcarrots.com and attach your order number and we will resend the Ebook.
What is the password for the Ebook?

What if I don’t have paypal?
You can just select the option “use credit card”.

Can I return or exchange the products received?
If you are unsatisfied with any of the items, please contact us (help@sooandcarrots.com) within 3 days of receiving your order.
One of the items in the Beauty bag/Snack Bag is missing, what do I do?
Please contact us athelp@sooandcarrots.comwithin 3 days of receiving your order and we will send the missing item(s).
One of the items in the bag/package arrived damaged, what do I do?
Certain products may suffer minor damage during transportation. If any of the products have suffered significant damage, please contact us at help@sooandcarrots.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Attach a picture of the item(s) in question and we will offer you a replacement.
Can I get a refund when I cancel an order I've already paid?
Yes, you can get a partial refund. Unfortunately, due to Paypal’s new policy, we cannot be responsible for the payment processing fees. However, if there is a mistake on our part, we will fully refund your order.
